Agatha Travel Accessories Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

Before sending out your goods, we will check carefully and make sure the goods are not damaged. But sometimes it will damage during the shipment or you are not satisfied with the goods, please contact us firstly to settle this problem.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from AGATHA TRAVEL! however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt.

Full Refunds
We offer a full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for a refund.

Partial Refunds
We also offer partial refund on returned items which have some original parts missing. In such a case, the customer can only get a partial refund.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 14 days have expired then, unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

To return your items to us for a full refund, you will have to pay Shipping(original shipping costs and return shipping is paid by the customer). To avoid any extra cost to you, please use the cheapest available shipping option and allow 21 working days for the return to be received into our warehouse, we will then email you to notify you whether your return has been accepted and process your refund to your original payment method. Once you've received an email confirming your refund, please allow 5-10 working days for your refund to appear back into your account.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that any order returned to us without first being authorized will not be refunded or returned to you.
