Agatha Travel FAQ

I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, the delivery time is  7-20 business days internationally. Sometimes it will be delayed some days due to the customs or weather problems. It may be up to 30-40 working days. if you don’t receive your item for 5 weeks, please contact us, we will check for you. Thank you for your patience. 

What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via ePacket.

How are shipping rates calculated?
We Ship to Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Singapore, and free shipping! Shipping info

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Do you offer returns?
We really hope you love every Agatha Travel item you purchase, Please refer to our Refund Policy if you'd like to request a return.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes ePacket tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!

Exchange.
Exchanges are not currently supported. If you'd like to exchange your current item for a different item, please create a new order for the item you would like in exchange, we will give a discount for your new order.

I received my package and have a problem!
Oh no! We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but we understand that mistakes can happen. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority and we will gladly assist you with any issues with your order. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery so that we may help you further. Please note that you may be required to provide photos of your goodies in order for our team to best assist you.
